Things I build myself to work better
Code is the one thing I'm a real beginner at. So I'm learning it in public, breakages included. Here you'll find what I built and why, not a tutorial.
This website
in progressI needed one single place where the diary, the projects and the challenges stay easy to find, instead of scrolling away in the feeds. I'm building it in public, one piece at a time.
- Next.js
- Tailwind CSS
- shadcn/ui
- Vercel
- Claude Code
FAQ
What is vibe coding?
It is a way of building software by describing to an artificial intelligence what you want to achieve, while it writes the code. The person building focuses on the problem and the result rather than on the syntax.
What is simonetabellini.net built with?
With Next.js, Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui components, deployed on Vercel and built with Claude Code. The design is black and white, with the Geist font.
Why does Simone share his coding experiments?
Because code is the only field where he considers himself a real beginner, and so the only one where it makes sense to learn in public. He shares what he built and why, not how to do it.
